MAHLKONIG E65S GBW Coffee Grinder

Mahlkönig E65S GBW Coffee Grinder

The Mahlkönig E65S GBW brought grind-by-weight to the espresso bar for the first time — a German-engineered on-demand grinder that doses by real-time weight rather than time, so every shot starts from the same precise dose.

Alongside Grind-by-Weight (GbW) dosing, the E65S GBW uses Mahlkönig’s patented Disc Distance Detection (DDD) to set grind fineness based on the actual measured distance between the burrs — not just a dial position — so your settings stay accurate and repeatable over time. A high-precision load cell tracks weight during grinding itself, an active cooling system keeps grinding temperatures low, and a 3.5″ display gives a clear read on your settings at a glance.

Key Features:

Grind-by-Weight Dosing
A high-precision load cell measures weight in real time as coffee grinds, stopping the dose at your target weight rather than relying on a timed shot.

Disc Distance Detection (DDD)
Mahlkönig’s patented DDD sets grind fineness based on the actual measured distance between the burrs, so a saved setting stays accurate even after burr wear or cleaning.

Active Cooling System
Keeps grinding temperatures low during back-to-back use, protecting flavour consistency during busy service.

Illuminated Adjustable Spout
A clean, centred coffee outlet with adjustable, illuminated positioning for accurate dosing into your portafilter.

3.5″ High-Resolution Display
A wide-viewing-angle screen makes dose weights and settings easy to read from behind a busy bar.

Quiet Operation
Engineered for pleasantly quiet grinding relative to comparable commercial on-demand grinders.
